Just left their store without getting my entitled refund!! Service was PISS POOR!! Ordered a filet o fish meal, kids happy meal and a cookie tote. They are out of "Hi-C, so I rejected a different drink fir my grandbaby. I was okay with not getting the drink. I pay and move to the next window, get my food, then Im.told to wait in #1. The last 3 times i have come to this location I have been asked to "pull ahead or park" because "something" wasn't ready. Each time I have never left in under 20 minutes. Once, was literally 45 minutes. I have worked at this location 23 years ago and I would have been fired if this had happened. I dont know what happened between then and now but, its rediculous.
