Drive up was quick- and the kids food left them Happy!
Drive thru was empty... tried to order 1 cup of coffee and nothing else. In the meantime time multiple other cars pull up in the other lane and cashier takes their orders while asking what I want and she asks me THREE times "what do you want again"? STOP TAKING OTHER ORDERS AND FINNISH MINE! What the heck... I spoke clearly, slowly, loudly, and in clear english... I just want a cup of coffee, is it really that hard? You need to retrain your staff and get rid of the annoying "Will you be using mobile App, order when ready"...... read more
I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel with NO sausage and Extra sauce but they think it’s a joke for a pork allergy so after the second one was wrong I gave it back told them I don’t want anything
