Ordered a double Filet-O-Fish, received a single. Simple enough to fix — but it took nearly an hour and a manager’s intervention to resolve. Staff (Antony) was dismissive when I tried to clarify my order and blocked further conversation when I raised the issue. Manager Kris eventually helped, but I should not have needed to escalate that far. Very frustrating experience, especially as a traveler passing through.
