I was traveling to Tennessee and on the way I stopped and went through the drive thru for lunch. When I pulled up to the menu it took a while before someone came on the speaker. The lady was very short and seemed like she didnt want to be working. When I pulled up to the first window to pay she didnt look at me and stuck her hand out the window and said my total. I ordered my food on the app and was sitting in the drive thru waiting to be helped when the menu switched to lunch. It was still 10:30am when I was greeted and told my order could not be made. The app states you can still order breakfast till 10:44am but they would not serve me my moblie app order. I was told the manager said I could not get my order. We have had multiple issues at the Arkadelphia McDonald's and something really needs to change.
