Ordered a quarter pounder through the drive thru. Ordered no cheese. Mayo, onion and tomato only. Get home and there's 2 slices of cheese on my burger. The special order ticket on the box states no cheese. Why? No cheese means no cheese not extra cheese.
I waited forever when they sent me to curbside to wait for my order.
