This location has the worst customer service, the manager is full of herself and very rude. This location doesn’t want to sell the meal deals or Honor codes on the app. manager told me to go somewhere else. I will never order from McDonald’s again.
Was picking up a mobile pick up order the other day when I was asked to pull forward to the last window so I could wait for the order to finish. I proceeded to wait over 10-15 minutes for this order without a single employee willing to attend or at least update us on what was taking so long. After laying on the horn for over 2 minutes I was finally greeted by the manager who rudely explained that it took them as long as they did because they were “cooking the cookies” and proceeded to shove the bag through or window without ... read more
Restaurant was rebuilt and differs from the photo shown (May 2025).. still has inside dining space but smaller than before with larger drive thru
