Manager Rachel was super helpful and professional to me after the app cut off my order- Thank you for your help!
7/10/2026 went inside had to call for someone to run the register and then they told me hold on and walked away after a few minutes I left no big deal I'll just never go to this McDonald's again.... The new building is cold and uninviting which I could care less I'll just take it home if that's the goal but the people that work there it's amazing they can mess up the order ever time and if I complain the corrected sandwich is cold and crappy so great you messed up my order and are punishing my for asking for what I paid for.... read more
