I was trying to redeem my points for any free fries for 4000 points. A front cashier scanned my points and unfortunately the POS malfunctioned. He asked that I switch over the the secondary POS but unfortunately didn’t work since it already redeemed my points MAYA the swing manager came to troubleshoot but was very unprofessional and confrontational. At a certain point was really having a power trip to be “right”. Do not recommend this McDonald due to its service and would highly suggest training on basic customer service
Manager is amazing at this location , knows how to take care of customers!
I ordered double and u guys gave wrong And as eell i ordered poutine and i didnt see before poutine with hot sauce
