I have to update my review from the past. In the deive thru when you pull up to the second window to get your food and drinks . Well let's just say the SMELL IS JUST HORRIBLE AND NAUSEATING. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NOW. You can even get a whiff of the smell sometimes when paying at the 1st window. The WHOLE DRIVE THRU NEEDS TO BE PRESSURE WASHED AND SANITIZED. This is actually a pretty good McDonald's, mostly due to employees like Chris. Dude is always helpful and has a great attitude. Every McDonald's need a Chris.
This McDonald's use to be the best McDonsald's in Beaumont, Texas and it has now completely gone to shit. We just left there, my husband walked in and everybody was gathered around the fry area playing. The manager told the young lady who was working the front counter that she had a customer. Well I’ll tell ya what… I went down to McDonald’s the other day, and buddy, I had myself a moment of clarity. Now I ain’t sayin’ it’s fine dining… but if you’ve ever been so hungry you start considerin’ gas station sushi, and then you see those golden arches glowin’ like a lighthouse in a storm… you might just be in the right place.
