This time of day is busy (5:00 p.m.) and it shows in their lack of ability to overcome the rush. Been waiting 5 minutes in drive-thru without any cars moving . Sorry, must be an issue with Service?

Unfortunately, our visit today was disappointing, particularly because of the customer service we received at the counter. The young man who took our payment did not greet us, say thank you, or provide any verbal indication that our transaction was complete. When we were unsure whether we were finished, we politely asked, “Are we finished?” and mentioned that he hadn’t said thank you or anything to let us know. Doordash an order tonight and, while some food was good, the double fish filet was not up to pare. The filets look like the split one into two but it was no mistaken the cheese. They split one piece of cheese into two. Why? Could they not just give us two full slices of cheese? Also asked for two hot mustard sauces. They gave us 2 bbq and 2 sweet and sour. No hot mustard. A Lil frustrated.
