I frequent the grandbend location almost daily. I enjoy my ice coffee. Unfortunately this week I have not , as I usually purchase on my way to work. 3 times this week my order for ice coffee has been wrong. Medium ice coffee substitute milk No liquid sugar . I have 7 years experience in working in customer service as a tim hortons employee , so I understand mistakes happen. But 3 times. Hoping staff will pay better attention to customers orders in the future.
