A customer attacked one of the employees and the staff handled it very professionaly.
I am usually a very patient person but this needs to be said. Don’t say “thank you for your patience” without first acknowledging that I am waiting. Acknowledging a customer who is waiting can make all the difference. You don’t need to personally apologize. You don’t need to personally accept responsibility. It’s so SIMPLE and easy to do. You SHOULD acknowledge that a person/people are waiting for longer than 10 minutes in the drive through lane just to sit for longer at the order speaker without being acknowledged.
