Went here to order food, I stuttered 3 times... I was so embarrassed I had to leave... Never again.
Devon, you killed customer service today. I have only ever seen a handful of times someone descalate such a hostile person. You did everything right, kept your cool, and resolved the issue swiftly. Also, damn those fries were fresh.
