Stuck waiting in drive-thru for nearly 30 mins, couldn’t pull out because of the kerb and other cars in the way. Terrible service.

Fries always pale, soggy, and undercooked. The lids at the soft drink station are always empty. Usually, 2 of the three kiosks aren't working.
