I waited 30 minutes for my food and it never arrived. When I asked for an update, the staff was incredibly rude and didn't offer any explanation. I ended up asking for a refund. No apologies were given at any point. Very disappointing experience.
I repeated my order I know at least 3 times how did the person I was talking to still get the food wrong🤦♀️lord help the. I just wanted a sausage McMuffin ?!. I got a dry sausage biscuit with no jelly
When did the drive-through ordered a big order. I paid for my order but only got half my food after waiting for 15 minutes because apparently my order was messed up and they took my receipt and didn’t give my receipt back so now I can’t even get my money back.
It was starting off lovely, we all sat down for lunch after church, we finished the meal but my husband noticed after he ate his burger it was completely pink still and he went to the counter to tell a worker, he made it clear he didn’t want anything in return but the worker got snappy and defensive saying the burger was obviously cooked ok because they had timers (it wasn’t it was completely pink in the center) he told my husband that burgers are normally pink and he said if it was cooked 10 seconds longer he wouldn’t be co... read more
