I went to this location at 9 o’clock. I asked for a quarter pounder with cheese, a drink and an ice cream. They told me they didn’t have any of those items in stock, Including water… I proceeded to ask, what do you guys have? I was met with an extremely rude and raised voice. I’m honestly super confused, the McDonald’s is open and paying their employees but they have no available product? If you feel like wasting 20 minutes of your life go stand in front of a kiosk as employees blankly look at you while you try and overpay for breakfast sandwich and a coffee. The level of incompetence and utter disgust exuded by the third grade educated staff is only trumped by the nasty ass conditions of their trays and restrooms. This is not isolated to just this store from nyc to Tampa FL they are all the same. I’m done.
The food is hardly ever fresh even though it usually takes a while to come out. I really dislike going here though it's close by and good enough usually. I just hope the workers get some kind of motivational classes or something they seem miserable most of the time and that reflects in the quality, or lack, in the food.
