This mcdonalds does not do refills or have any water without asking. Seems like a way to drive the homeless out of the building instead of giving great customer service to their other customers they've removed services. Overall for being a nicely remodeled McDonalds it feels punative and has done nothing in reality to keep the homeless out. Being punative to all your customers seems like a poor experience.
Food was right, but service was trash.
The food is normal McDonald’s food. But the service is terrible, at least on the weekends. They have a ton of teenagers running it, which would be fine if they were being managed… but they aren’t. They forgot two items from my food. Usually fine. But I asked three separate people to give us the food they forgot. The first two said oh okay, and then walked away. And didn’t get it.
