The Kiosk makes the ordering experience absolutely miserable. Maybe someday the corporate overlords will someday bring back human customer service where I could actually order from another human being once again. Screw McDonald's!
Great restaurant, great staff. This restaurant is part of the California EBT restaurant meals program. However, this makes it a hassle to pay almost impossible to use the kiosk. The managers are quick to help with the situation so five stars. Food is excellent, hours are great, open in the lobby early you can get a good cup of coffee and the drive-thru is almost always packed so expect a bit of a wait. Hard-working crews and tasty food. I ordered at a kiosk. A young lady offered to helped me, but basically TOLD ME what my order should be, rather than me ordering. After I at lunch, i was told that they have a 30 minute policy: order more every 30 minutes or GET OUT! The teenage peon employees don't listen, only try to talk over me when i'm trying to understand what this crazy policy is.Most of the time they just stand around talking with each other.
