Even with 2 people in the drive thru they still manage to be slow 😔 and the lobby is never open and they definitely have enough workers to Open the lobby smh

Absolutely horrible service. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The wait was extremely long, and after waiting all that time, they didn’t even complete my order. The ice cream they gave me was also completely melted. The worst part was the way one of the employees treated me. They did not have enough change, so I told her to give me back the bill I had already handed her so that I could give her a smaller bill instead. I frequent this place a lot, but mainly in the early morning hours. The issue I have it there is this black man with a beard who works there, he is so rude, no-good personality and to tell you the truth if he is in drive or up front I'll cancel my order this is how much I dislike this person. It's not my fault you work in fast food if you don't like it you need to leave. I have had my share of fast food restaurants in my life and he has no personality to work in that establishment.
