Arrived at McDonald's at 1059am. Told lunch did not start till 11am. Tell that to a 4 year old child. Then had to wait in drive thru even though unable to order even at window while other cars in line were serviced bc no way to get out of the drive thru line. Then took 4 year old inside to use restroom then stood at counter and all employees just stared at us waiting to order. After 5 mins and no service again the 4 year old couldn't get his happy meal. Issue with the drive -up microphone. The drive-thru clerk kept asking what what what as I was trying to speak. I had to speak up for them to hear me even after turning off my vehicle. The clerk was rude and likely behaving passive aggressively. When I got up to the window I was asked if there is a problem, I answered by asking if they have a problem with their equipment as they could not hear me, despite me raising my voice and turning off my vehicle.
