Unbelievable experience today. I ordered a McFlurry at the kiosk and waited and waited and waited as other people got their orders as I watched. After 15min and 2 McFlurries left the store for the drive thru I decided to get a refund. The manager handed me the cash without any acknowledgement or questioning why I wanted the refund. I know they were busy but I can't believe McD wants this lack of customer service from management team under their name. What a miserable failure.
