Went to this restaurant for mcrib. They were out. Was going to get another meal and they were also out of ice cream and milkshakes. Very disappointed.
Terrible experience today. An employee named McKayla brought out my order and said, “Are you the big order?” even though several people were waiting. A simple confirmation of items would’ve made more sense. On top of that, they forgot my nuggets again—the 4th time in a row. When I went inside to get the missing item, McKayla was talking about me behind the counter, saying things like, “How does she not know what she got?” Another employee even said her name to warn her I was right there, and she STILL kept talking.
