Why am I waiting 15 minutes for a $5 meal deal and a fish sandwich? I understand that it gets busy, however, before you ask me to pull around to wait explain to me why it is I am waiting. That’s all I’m asking so that I can understand why I’m having to wait. My order wasn’t complicated or large. If you’re having to cook something, let someone know and 90% they be cool with it. Placed an online order. Waited and waited and watched a food delivery person attempt to get an order squared away. Another EE just stood at the cash register and looked around and didn't do anything. I asked about my order and they had prepared it for the food delivery person. My two sausage burritos were cold, dry and chewy as in they were left over from several days ago.
