July 20th 2025, 840am - went inside to order some food and waited in line about 6-7 min. Decided to leave because we still had someone in front that hadn't ordered yet and the crew were arguing with each other about nonsense while moving like sloths. This location has gone down hill drastically. They should close it up and put something more beneficial to the people in that location. Also apparently the lobby is a great place for people to find shelter and sleep free.
My food was wrong, and when I went to pick it up (10minutes after opening) the dining room smelled as if the entire crew had just got done smoking cigarettes in the dining room. Crew was rude, unresponsive, and acted like they couldn’t care less, except for the dude with tattoos putting together the food, he was getting it done and acted like he cared. Either way, not great, and this is not the first bad experience here, but it will be my last.
Today I saw an employee and her friend , upset about a situation in which an employee was asking for her boss to explain why they aren’t allowed to work their shift? As someone that works in service this is unacceptable and I’ve never seen this happen. And instead of addressing the issue directly, the boss sent a different manager up there. And when that didn’t work, apparently this boss instead of being professional , decided to call the police??
