I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to Dennis, the manager on duty. I had an issue with my order and received the wrong item. Dennis personally reached out to me, handled the situation with professionalism, and made sure the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Very poor management. 2nd time mobile order messed up less than a week. Stop accepting mobile orders if your system is down or you’re out of items. Last week out of all sodas this week the storms knocked out the system. I watched the staff come out and place a sign no cash card only. When it was my turn at the drive through my code was confirmed and told to pull to the second window.
