I order breakfast for the family, and they always mess it up. Today’s mess-up was not being able to count how many picantes went into the bag. It’s just disappointing with how expensive McDonald’s is now. Looks like I’m going another 6 months without it before I retry this massive disappointment of a McDonald’s location again.
This McDonald’s has slowly gone downhill since the remodel. Idk if it changed hands or what, but someone somewhere down the line doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing — especially when it comes to the interior design of the building. This is my childhood McDonald’s, let’s not screw it up much further please. My old 5-Star review prior to the remodel: “Pry the cleanest, fastest, best McD's around — even has a great overnight crew”
* Updated * Before I really started to complain, I decided to do a small study. I went to your location 10 times over 3 months. Always after 1pm, never ordered anything complicated. 5 number 1s and 5 number 2s. (Don't get me started on 10$ for a burger that never expires) Only once out of those 10 times was my order correct. I dont know who you got managing this place, but Ozempic isn't the reason McDonals Corp is losing market share.
Worst Crispy Chicken sandwich in my life. Was soft and had no flavor.
