I stop to get two oatmeals before heading to my daughters sport event and they game me two extremely watery oatmeals, when I return to ask if they could exchange them for other ones the manager said she had just made them and all I need to do is give them time to set. I sat in their parking lot for about 20 min and the oatmeals never set and they were still too watery. My wife returned the oatmeals and asked for a refund.
I have been to this location many many times and never have seen such a rude employee at the drive thru. She needs a course on smiling and customer service. Not saying a word, grunting and then shoving food at you IS NOT good customer service. Drinks were nasty and way too strong so she doesn’t know how to do that either!! Younger blonde female expediting food on 9/12/2025.
