Made a mobile order asked for a refund on some items after waiting about 20 minutes in line refund was supposed to be about $15 was told o couldn't get a refund i no longer wanted some items die to the wait and was still charged for them

The store is always clean. The service is very good. The staff work efficiently, thoughtfully and are always respectful. Thank you for your great service.
Horrible customer service. The employees are not friendly and provide zero customer service. They act irritated that you choose to dine there
This store seems to have management issues. They are frequently very understaffed with very long wait times. The employees have all been very nice. There is one dark haired young man that's worked there for a few years who is exceptional, I hope he makes management or gets out of there.
