The store is always clean. The service is very good. The staff work efficiently, thoughtfully and are always respectful. Thank you for your great service.
Horrible customer service. The employees are not friendly and provide zero customer service. They act irritated that you choose to dine there
This store seems to have management issues. They are frequently very understaffed with very long wait times. The employees have all been very nice. There is one dark haired young man that's worked there for a few years who is exceptional, I hope he makes management or gets out of there.
They were extremely rude to us, we got a couple kids meals and asked if they could all have different toys for the kids and the lady said “um no we only have one toy” very rudely, then we went over when they gave us our food we had two different toys and one was a repeat so we went back up and asked to switch it out because they do have different toys and she said “ my manager said you get what you get”very snarky.
