First time getting somewhat happy meal for my son but very disappointed cuz they give my son a toy for a girl, so went back and tried to exchange the toy cuz he wasn’t happy with the gender of the toy. Anyway, I politely asked if I can exchange it, but this Manager Saana gave me “NO” with no hesitatant.
