If they make a mistake with your order, they will just lie and say no English or ignore you. My order was ruined because they didn’t put the lid on my cup right. It spilled all over the food. Waiting 25 mins to get one ice cream and one milkshake is CRAZY. + u guys have to teach ur employees how to speak with customers, the lady over there at the beginning was telling me to stay calm which i was with a friend so anyways I won’t be rude with u. And the second thing u cannot ignore me while I’m politely asking u to refund me and start yelling at ur customer or co-workers mentioning that we are in rush. The chicken wrap was raw. Like the chicken was still RAW. The milkshake was like JUICE. They need to do better at this location. DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED!
