This is the lowest rated business, not just restaurant on Yelp in the entire Monterey County and they deserve that rating. No customer service, no social skills, no cashier's (self kiosks) and always stale fries

I just wanted an egg and cheese biscuit as I’m allergic to pork. I was given the wrong order multiple times and no refund, even after proving a receipt. Manager could not understand that I could not have meat, insisted that the wrong order was my fault as they didn’t do orders with no meat. :( If they had told me that when ordering I would’ve gotten something else, but I’ve had this same order at the same location many times before. I would have been thankful to get a refund and go somewhere else.

The manager lady was horrible this morning @ 6:45. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and for some reason she thought that I was one of those lazy people who park in the front and wait for their food, but my order clearly said that it was for inside the restaurant. I asked her why she went outside and she's trying to turn it around by saying that it was my mistake but yet, the receipt clearly said EAT-IN.
