Don't think I've ever been to a worse McDonald's than this one. Orders always wrong. And customer service is trash. Many of the workers don't even speak English. Went to pick up my food today and the lady bringing my order couldn't even communicate in basic English. Why are workers who can't speak English allowed to deal with customers? Put her at another position that doesn't require her communicating with customers. This is simple logic. But management at this place has no idea what they're doing. I'm here at 11 AM, and I've never seen anyone so unfriendly, both the manager and staff here. I'm reporting the manager and staff who were chatting among themselves, not even acknowledging customers even when they were standing in front of them, and unkindly told me to do it at Kiost when I tried to order. The owner here should carefully examine and take action.
