Placed an order thru uber eats...supposed to be delivered by 315pm, @ aprox. 4pm im notified by the 3rd uber driver (not mcdonalds itself) that mcdonalds did not have the items that i ordered...i contacted mcdonalds to cancel order so i can get money back and so the order (which isnt available) isnt passed onto a fourth uber driver for the manager to tell me its my responsibilty to cancel order myself...ridiculous, how you gonna charge someone for something you dont have, and continue to waste uber drivers time and gas to pi... read more
Whoever's working the 7. AM shift really needs to be fired. It's December 4th 2025 I don't know who's hiring these people but burnt this mcgriddle basically looked like they stopped on it fire. This person immediately this is such mismanagement.
