Dirty. Slow.
Dirty tile. nobody at the counter because you're expected to order from a machine. Just impersonal and dirty. It's like ordering food in an an old bus station. Nope.
In drive thru I'm next to be served but another person pulls up and she takes their order first. My turn but she's still on the speaker in the other lane . Really? Training? I'm trying to hear her it was difficult. I go up to pay and she turns away so I'm sitting and waiting. I get my food but no French fries. I paid for fries I never received. Not so good food, not good service and no fries that I paid for. I can't think of any reason to return.
