Disgusting
The issue focused on how they have bad staff and just hang up on you while you’re trying to talk i asked if they took 100$ bills and this boy just hung up? nevertheless i also sat in the drive thru for about 30 minutes! But to be fair their prices are pretty good, but my fries are usually soggy and cold, the grinch salt tasted like cat litter, and they have teens who do not enjoy their job and are just rude every moment i go there. But there is some kind people that work there.
Staff doesn't care about CSR service. The place needed to be at least swept. Dirty kitchen, no hair nets.... Half the time, in the evening, you can't tell if they are open because they hardly ever turn on the outside lights. Not safe !!
