Good customer service, but terribly slow. I sat in the pickup line for 15 mins waiting on a standard order. Several cars came and went. It’s like they forgot I was here. Crazy slow.
Arrived at this location to order lunch on my work break. My work van is too big to fit through the drive-through so I order through the app and go in and pick it up. When I went in to pick up my food, the doors were locked, and people were standing out front with food being brought to them. A sign on the door said drive-through only. I explained to the gentleman that my truck wouldn’t fit through the drive-through and was asking how to get my food and he stated very rudely I’m just a maintenance man.
