Ordered new sandwich that’s like a deluxe burger with two tiny burgers lettuce and tomato that comes with mayo and onions but not ketchup and mustard except if you want to customize. It was okay but the meat was like the size of a small hamburger. Should’ve just ordered a quarter pounder, as far as the difference in the price comparing the wow factor!! I've never had a good experience at this McDonald's. It's the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. Dining area is messy. Youll spend 5 minutes at one lane of the drive through after being acknowledged only for someone to pull up in the other lane and get their order taken immediately. Orders are often missing items.
Do better. Very rude. I was greeted on the speaker to hold and then no one ever came back on. No cars were moving. The car behind me asked me to move so she could get out of line. When I drove up there was a lady at the window. I thought maybe the speaker wasn’t working. She opened the window and gave me a dirty look and with attitude told me “ we aren’t taking orders, our cook is backed up.” My question is why couldn’t she say that politely over the speaker so people could get out of line. People were lined up.
