Both the girl that took our order and the one at the pickup window were extremely rude and made us go around to the front door and wait when there was no other cars in line and only one other car parked. When we received the order, the pickup window girl delivered it and handed it to me. I said thank you and she just glared at me like she hated me. ***AVOID THIS LOCATION AND VALUZZO WHEN POSSIBLE Go to 4615 Perkins or 5224 Florida Blvd instead. *** This might be the worst McDonald’s in the Baton Rouge area. This location has consistently terrible service and disrespectful staff. Do better, Valuzzo. ** Since no one from Valuzzo management has reached out, I looked up a LIST of NON- VALUZZO McDonald’s LOCATIONS (there’s 11 vs the 45 owned by Valuzzo) and would love to help the community out by sharing. It was good.
I've never once gotten my full correct order the first time at this McDonald's. I could put up with that when it was cheap, but now it's 100% a rip-off.
