I don’t understand how it takes 20 minutes for us to get our food. You made us pull up (mind you they had the food ready behind the counter) and I had to go heckle for my food and so did the other pull up person. Stop pulling people up. Your window time is terrible because of terrible time management skills. It’s cooking. A simple skill. Get it together.

This is the best macchiato I have ever gotten from this Mcdonald’s, and if the manager is reading this give her a raise and actually maybe a million dollar bonus.
