Never come to this location, Can't complete a basic order. Making complete wrong items I ordered. The General Manager or district manager needs to retrain their team on how to follow basic directions and complete order accurately. How pathetic of an establishment.
WORST MCDONALD'S anywhere with the older male Hispanic daytime manager. He's very non-accommodating and argumentative. Disagreeing with a longtime, loyal customer is fine, but it must be done professionally and respectfully. Other McDonald’s with other managers are totally accommodating when the app doesn't work. Not this manager.
