I usually go to this location and it ends up hit or miss if my order is exactly correct. I was still awake this morning at 4am so after I saw they open at 4am on Sun I decided to try a fresh first off the line breakfast. I pulled to the speaker at 4:01am. I couldn't see any other cars outside of a couple employee cars. I waited at the speaker a couple min then I said hello. The response was we are not ready to open yet it will 10 more minutes. Ordered in the store and waited forever until I had to leave. Couldn't even get to a person at the counter to get a refund. Literally walked out after ordering, paying and getting nothing.

This westmont McDonalds horrible!! McDonald’s app is consistently 'unavailable' to avoid honoring discounts, and when orders are processed, I am frequently overcharged or have items missing. This family owned franchise is intentionally cutting corners to offset costs at the customer's expense. It happens all the time here. Today they played dumb and tried to charge me agian.
