Waited 15 min for a pickup order that said it was ready. Then Mcflurry was just ice cream. Asked about the cookies was told they were out. Asked if I wanted m&ms I said sure. They dumped them on top and I asked why is it not mixed. I was told they can put it in the middle. What has happened with McDonalds. I was floored.
This location has horrible service because why have two lanes open when you’re only taking orders in one lane?! I waited ten minutes or longer for my order to never be taken, and all I wanted was a drink. So when I go inside to order and address my concern, the only thing I’m told is that orders are being taken in both lanes. That’s a LIE because people were driving up in the other lane, just arriving to McDonald’s, and still had their order taken before mine. They don't not make the oatmeal like other locations. Highly disappointed
