6860 Market St Wilmington, NC 28411 Money taken but order not given. Ordered Double Big Mac meal & 2 sundaes. Ordered at 3:45 A.M. Order was accepted and card was charged. Arrived a few minutes later and the Lady at the window said “Sorry we are making breakfast in 4 minutes.” Would have ordered breakfast if the menu board had been changed to reflect a breakfast menu, but it still had hamburgers listed. Most of the employees are very helpful, others not so much. They act like they dont want to be there. Ordering at the register seems to be a long wait at times, especially when you are in a hurry in the morning, there is no sense of urgency, (phones, socializing, etc). Also im not sure what the policy is on gloves being worn when dealing with food, but not everyone wears them i have notoced when preparing food. Other than that it is clean and my order is always correct.

Absolutely terrible service ! Paid for it on the mobile app and confirmed the code and they said I didn’t and told me to cancel the order because they didn’t have it. Wasted 15 minutes of my time and still didn’t even get me the food that I paid for.
