Quite easily the worst McDonalds in Cardiff. Be prepared for long wait times on food, soggy fries and wrong orders. Time and time again they get it wrong. I’ve given it the benefit of the doubt many times as it’s my “local”. But time to move on now.
I ordered McDonald’s off the app. I asked for extra pickles on my Big Mac. EXTRA pickles may I add. I proceeded to get nothing of the kind, in fact, NO pickles at all!!! And EXTRA everything else that I hadn’t asked for. It seems as though I had been pranked. It was also so messy, me and all my mates laughed so hard, I almost CHOKED. Moral of my story.. extra pickles saves lives!!!
Thought it was a 24/7 establishment?. Doors locked all the time
