Incredibly rude staff. Had to wait over 10 mins just to order as staff kept walking by. Waited another 25 mins for the food. They had a line of people come in to order, waited a good 15 mins and just left. When asked if we could either get our food or just get our money back we were told “there’s only 3 of us here”. And as much I know being short staffed is awful, being rude and inconsiderate isn’t necessary. No one was in hurry to offer customer service, or even Get orders out quickly. The last 3 times it took 45 minutes for a mobile order.... not too mention the last order they got wrong....I could go to Packy's order food and have a drink and it would be quicker!
Washington Mills McDonald's took over an hour to get our mobile order food was cold when we got it so disappointing I thought doing a moble order was supposed to be faster than waiting in drive-thru...this by far the worst Mcdonald I've been to and ups. Was parked in front of the parking for mobile orders blocking 4 parking spaces
Store was to call me over week later contacted corparate. And still no call what a joke....lady dressed in all by black not even in a uniform, had the addasuty to swear at me the customer who did nothing to her but ask for rest of my order It wasn't all there.. And her to say tuff luck to bad so sad to start and swear at me. I told her don't ever do that again!!! she ran towards me what you going to do about it.
