The General Manager of this restaurant has clearly chosen the wrong career path . Her customer service skills and the way she talks is horrifying to say the least . The food and service has a lot to be desired . There’s a reason McDonald’s is always discounting the food . Go around the corner to Chick -Fi-A doesn’t discount they don’t need to . Great Customer Service . Please send this Manager over there for some training because lord knows she needs it !
This is the one in Porters neck, Went here jus to get a coffee. And had to pull up??? Get my coffee and it's full of caramel and chocolate ABSOLUTELY. NO COFFEE, JUST CARAMEL, CHOCOLATE AND WHIPPED CREAM LIKE. IF YOU WERE TRYING TO BE Funny YOU MADE YOUR POINT, unless u didn't get the memo it's called drizzle not dumped the WHOLE can I'm my cup. I through the whole thing away. Thank you for wasting my pionts that I earned. This place is SOO SORRY!!!!
