So, I go maybe once in a while to this McDonald's specifically since it is closest to my home. A lot of the time, or anytime I went, they never really focused on their lobby, mostly the drive-through. Now, I get that they have times or standards to meet for the drive-through, but the lobby is left with people standing for either 30 minutes to an hour, waiting on their food or drinks. Sat at the first drive thru ordering station while three other customers ordered at the second and moved on. All the order person kept telling me over the speaker, multiple times, “just wait a minute.” So I left never ordering. This McDonald’s has given me terrible service in the past and multiple wrong orders. No more and thank you. There are better options in town for lunch.

Absolutely incompetent staff and management, I wouldn’t recommend the terrible service to anyone. I called and was hung up on as well. If I were to make a suggestion maybe start with hiring people who can at the very least change the soda syrup bags. Terrible establishment.
