Drive thru staff and runner were polite. Whoever is in the kitchen is super unprofessional and petty. They made a mistake on my mobile app order. Nothing crazy, just didn’t add cheese to a sandwich and didn’t put onions on another sandwich that was ordered with extra onions. No biggie lunch rush, things happen. Went thru the drive thru and asked if they could fix them. New sandwiches come out. Ordered a #7. Food was fine. Can't complain about the food. The counter in front of the soda fountain - disgusting.
I’d give this place a solid 4 stars. Food came out hot and fresh, which honestly makes a big difference. The fries were crispy, and the burger tasted just right for a quick stop. Service moved faster than expected, even during a busy hour. Not fancy, but reliable and easy when you need something fast.
This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in my lifetime. At no point are you ever provided speedy service. The manager spends more time standing outside smoking cigarettes then ensuring that customer satisfaction comes first.
