Usually don't have issues with this McDonald's but this morning very unprofessional customer service. 2 lanes open for a reason. I pulled into a lane same time another vechile did and a vechile behind them and another one directly behind them. The one vechile went thats fine but than the other 2 vechiles leftm No one said we will be with you in a moment nothing. It’s McDonald’s. You get what is expected at every McDonald’s. But the staff was friendly. The shake machine wasn’t broken. The food is McDonald’s food. It hasn’t changed but the price keeps going up.
This location always has horrible service. was in today and my food sat in the window for 5 minutes before they ran it over to us. They weren’t busy! Guess what we got Cold fries. They need to get it together. This is worst McDonald’s in berks county.
Always fresh food which is a big plus to me n people are always sweet and fast love ya mcds
Every kiosk did not have receipt paper in it. No straws, place was a disaster. Drive through was all the way around the building.
