Who is actually running this store? I placed my order on the app and parked to wait for it. After 45 mins my food was brought out. I wasn’t going to complain because they’re busy and I’m patient. I had three drinks and asked for a carrier and the employee scoffed and rolled his eyes. I checked my two bags (one only had a large fry while the other was so incredibly packed, the nugget boxes were smooshed open and a sandwich was flat) and I said I was missing two sandwiches. I had asked for a PLAIN BURGER which should not be that difficult to make never got it waited 30 plus minutes for it after they served me my burger wrong TWICE I told the lady an the guy my burger was supposed to be plain I was calm I didn’t overreact or make a scene they took the bad burgers back an they were supposed to make a plain one which I never got an I could hear the workers in the back complaining about what i ordered saying “who orders it plain” very rude employees on top of that the atmosphere was disgusting dirt... read more
