Ordered a McChicken and fry in the app and then waited 5 min to go. Sat in my car for 20 minutes waiting for my son’s food. Went inside and they said they had “just gotten my order”

This morning's drive-thru cashier was utterly disrespectful.. How do you throw my change to my hands and then when the change hit the ground not only do you not apologize but you point letting me know it's on the ground and then turn away from me and take someone else's order.. Yes, the manager did apologize for his behavior but that is still very disrespectful and terrible customer service
