Extremely unprofessional and rude, would leave a 0 if I could
Manager was rude and the area to sit was not clean
Ordered a small black coffee Received and received a medium iced coffee. I politely told the girl at the window that it wasn’t what I ordered. She screamed at me “ Don’t you ever roll your eyes at me!” I was appalled at this unprofessional, intimating semi violent response. Never again. This type of behavior should never be tolerated anywhere. Not to mention that I was overcharged.
