Me and my families visit to McDonald's was extremely bad! We came 10 minutes before close had an online order and a second order in person the staff that helped us was disrespectful and grumpy, they wouldn't give us our online order because they said they closed even though the orders were already payed for and processed through the app. They also did not offer a refund for the order online that they did not complete. Our food was terrible. The hamburger patties were floppy and the sandwich slid all apart. The fries were limp and cold. I wanted to try the adult happy meal, otherwise we never eat fast food. I was so disappointed. Then I got iced tea and it was horrible as well. I threw it all away. Also, it was very slow.
