I utilize the drive thru several times a week. I get super frustrated when I pull through for a late night snack, not another person behind me, but they use me “pull around” to wait for my food. I know this is a trick to stop the drive thru clock and “fool” franchise time standards, but it annoys the hell out of me!!!

Had to wait over a hour and a half and other were waiting the same amount of time or longer, one customer who waited 40 minutes for two damn sandwiches called corporate. I feel bad for the new guy that was on the fry’s, if I was him I would quit.

I recently stopped by McDonald’s and had a mixed experience. The food was actually great—fresh, hot, and exactly what I expected. No complaints there at all. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the food. It was very slow, and the staff seemed confused and unorganized, like they didn’t really know what they were doing. I don't normally comment on McDonald's because they're all kind of the same; however, I really liked the kids that were working here. Evening #1, the young man behind the counter was super polite day. Evening #2 I used the drive-thru, and the nerd that took my order was hilarious. I pulled over to wait for my food, and the polite young man from the day before brought it out. Once again he was super polite and sweet. They have a really good crew working here right now!

This McDonald’s is “special”… and I mean that in the most literal, frustrating way possible.
