Waited 20 minutes for order because employees in kitchen were on their phones and horsing around and were not watching and ran out of burger patties. Young man preparing burgers and lady sacking were more interested in flirting with each other and her on her phone then doing her job. Super bad management for sure
Came through drive through 09/17/2026 Ordered 2 cheeseburgers ketchup only, a large unsalted Fry and a #1 large with a sweet tea. Unfortunately didn’t check the bag before going home. Get home, No Big Mac, No Large Fry, Tea isn’t a sweet tea, So I attempted to call a good half dozen times and not a single answer
