I waited over 5 minutes, was acknoledged by the manager and another employee and still did not get served.
The staff clearly didn't care. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves to serve the customers appropriately. They were also "out" of a lot of things, left out half of my order and gave me cold food. When I addressed the issues the girl in the drivethru was rude and told me I'd have to wait for hot food. Clearly the manager on duty does not care about the quality of service.
