I’ve sat in this drive through line for so long it’s making me create my first Google review. I have literally been here for 45 minutes for a cheeseburger. I want to go home.
A week prior, I visited this locations drive-thru and was asked to pull forward and wait for my order. I waited, approximately, 5 minuyes minutes and went inside. My order was sitting long enough to cool off. To make matters worst, the order was wrong. After speaking with Mgr. Nicole, she permitted a replacement sandwich for the error. HAD TO REHEAT MY FRIES CUS THEY WERE COLD!
Long wait for drive through customers however food was fresh
Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes after receiving recipt to find they had skipped my order somewhere. Refunded but lost app points used on order. Store was not very busy at the time of order. Very disappointed in the quality of service here. This location is always horrible about time and organization.
