Worst McDonald's in Lansing! Rap music blaring with cussing and swearing, "N" word, every other word! No body would wait on me at the counter. Girl sitting on her phone rather than working. Trash all over the floors and tables in the lobby. Just really sad expample of what Lansi g is turning into
I ordered my meal via the app at 8:05, wasn't ready until 8:26. At 8:20 went counter and was ignored. Saw my drink on a tray. I also witnessed at least a dozen drive through orders being served, many with the same items I ordered (sausage egg McMuffin and hash browns). Is this an attempt to force us through the drive through. Another customer waited nearly as long as I did, he ordered through the kiosk. DO NOT USE THIS MCDONALD'S......
Went through the drive thru tonight around 12:30am. I tried to be understanding that it was late night, probably short staffed, that’s why I was waiting so long. But after 20 minutes sitting in line I pulled up to the 2nd window to see a group of at least 4 employees just standing around talking. I waited about 5 more minutes to even be acknowledged while my food and drink were just sitting in the window.
