I have issues with this McDonald's location. They constantly forget whole meals or put the wrong items in your bag. I've called them once or twice and always met with a reluctant "sorry" and that's it.
Staff rude, food cold, burger buns crusty dry. Dont come here. Waste of money and time. Dont ask me to contact some non existent website to explain. Your staff are RUDE! How many reviews do you need to see to shut this place down!!!!
Sat at drive through speaker for 3 minutes, then had to reverse and go into the other lane to order. Back cashier very dismissive about issue. Asked to speak to a manager and at first she was nice. When I mentioned having to file a complaint, she slammed the window shut. Hardly any lettuce on my McChicken and bun was ripped in half. Very messy sandwich. Wrong sauce given for nuggets. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at this location. Day/time of visit-5/24/26 at 12:10pm.
There was hair in our mcdouble, they didn’t give us the mcchicken we ordered, the fries were cold, and there was a weird white substance all over inside the bag. It wasn’t the sauce packets because those were firmly sealed. Also the lady serving us was very rude to us for no reason. I’m very disgusted and will be telling all my friends to stay away from this location.
They put only one party on my Big Mac and I drove all the way home before finding out and had to drive all the way back up there
