Fast and efficient.
Why would you have two lanes when you can’t keep your with one? They always ask you to pull up and “wait” at this place! Yes I said ALWAYS! Then come out and ask you what your order is? If you had enough people working I would have got my order at the window and it would have actually been correct. Maybe?
I stopped here on my was through to get home to Battle Creek, just flew in from a Business trip and decided to stop here to avoid stopping in downtown Detroit to save time. That was a mistake, this location needs a lot of attention to be improved. There were 2 team members taking one order at a time, this resulted in the line being wrapped around the building, then continued to be a 27 minute wait for a chicken sandwich meal and 2 double Cheeseburgers.
