Today I order DoorDash from this location which is .2 miles from my job. The fries were cold, the sandwich was dry and barely warm. The bacon was not fresh and cold. There was no straw in the bag for my drink. This is very frustrating when they charge you more for this service and I don’t even have away to return it. This is the second time I’ve door dashed from there and had to throw half of the food away.
Had no idea what to do or how to make a chocolate shake. Forgot the order, forgot things in the order and took 20 minutes to get it to us sitting outside. All we ordered was a chocolate shake a quarter pounder and a latte and the shake wasn’t chocolate
This McDonalds has the worst customer service inside and in the drive thru. They give you your food I say thank you and they just stare at you. I go every few months just to see if anything has changed and it hasn’t. My order has been wrong multiple times and I approach them nicely about it and all I get is attitude back. Even the managers are rude. It’s very unprofessional and sad.
