The next time yall sell me that RUBBERY FISH IM going to call Gordon Ramsey so he can show the managers and employee how to cook a 4 minute filet MADE TO ORDER...it was very disgusting and also teach your employees how to be customer service oriented....and the bad part was to make wait still the fish was NOT freshly cooked; that was a INSULT!!!
I just left at 3:39 PM July 16, 2025. I placed my order on the mobile app for $34.83 then when I get to the order system, the guy says they’re closed until 5 o’clock because they have to switch over to breakfast and they don’t open again until 5 o’clock, so why do you advertise 24 hour service, this is not the first time they do these kind of things then when AI takes your job you want to cry because all you have is fast food experience so what they are doing is not accepting your order and then when you get to the intercom,... read more
Ordered a Mcvalue meal and M Chocolate shake, waited 15-18 mins for my food to be told the shake machine is down and was given a large coke. Asked for a refund and was denied by the rude manager. Called Corporate, and charged back the transaction with my bank. Waiting on further response.
So delicious and yummy food
Food is cold, service is slow, and food is NEVER made right. Moved to this area 4 years ago in the last 18months this place has gone to 💩 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
