Slow, employee didn't seem to care.
We ordered number 9 meal We asked for the hamburgers to have no cheese. They came in the bag saying no cheese It had cheese on it, no onions, no pickles, no ketchup and no mustard The meat was way over cooked and tasted bad When we got to the window we practically had our food thrown at us !! The girl with large glasses shoved the bag at us and trying to close the window as fast as she could we had to ask her to open the window to ask for more ketchup Very lousy service Very lousy food
We ordered a hot small carmel macchiato coffee and got a small iced instead. Ordere Half sweet tea and half lemonade and got a sweet tea. The lady at the window didn't seem to care when I said it was supposed to be hot, she just closed the window.
The fries were cold stale and left a nasty taste in mouth . The hamburger patties were old dry and burnt around the edges. We asked for extra onions, not a single one. Sauce for our nuggets. Nope just dry old rubbery nuggets. And the receipt forget about it. We asked 3 times for a receipt how are you out of paper. Couldn't get a refund without a receipt how convenient for them and can't even get the order remade until the next day according to THE MANAGER ANGEL... absolutely the most terrible experience
Ordered big breakfast was told to park in slot #1 waited 10 minutes, no cars in drive through or parked. SO I went in and they acted like it was my fault. Finally got my order and was missing fork and syrup etc. That made him even a little more upset. I quit going to this place because of the horrible service and not getting all of my orders. HORRIBLE attitudes! Don't waste your money here! Then they let you stand at the counter for a while before they see what you want.
